|HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2013|
I am on the road again, visiting friends and family from Alabama to Lousiana and back home. I was up visiting Lynn in North Alabama when I was lucky enough to spend an entire day with one of my favorite blogging' & stitching' buddies, April Mechelle. We had the best time in Huntsville doing some stash shopping and hitting some antique stores. She has a great post with snaps to share...I didn't take nary a snap the whole day...too much fun to stop for photos, LOL! We talked, laughed, shopped, ate, shopped, talked, giggled, and, oh, I even got to introduce her to Maggie Moos Ice cream parlor...YUMMY! We wound down the day around 7:00 that night, but what a great bunch of memories of a fun time with a dear new friend! Thanks April...can't wait for our next stitchin' day out!
I then headed out to visit with my son and his family and my daughter...unfortunately, my SIL had a medical appointment he couldn't miss, so he wasn't able to be with us this time. We are anxiously awaiting the Halloween festivities tomorrow...my grand-daughter is dressing as a witch and we are doing some trunk~or~treat event on base...I am so excited to see her really get into the Halloween spirit this year! I'll be home bound come Saturday, so here's hoping each of you have a safe and Happy Halloween.
Well, I better sign off and get some shut eye...Ms Sassyfrass likes to get up at the butt-crack of dawn :-)...until later...
